Cassandra's Tears 
I have always been an ATT customer. I love ATT Mobile. Last Feb. I let ATT talk me into UVERSE Voice and Internet. I have had nothing but problems. It goes in and out constantly.
I can be talking on the phone to someone and it just cuts off, sometimes more than once.
I have contact support many times, had 5 Techs out here and a lineman. Everytime I think it may be fixed it is not. They have found many things and think that could be problem.
I am so unhappy, which they told me I would love it, because it is not reliable. I am paying for something that is off a lot.
No one can seem to figure out what the problem is. I wish they could get it fixed.
I work and having a tech out for 4 hours at time is very inconvenient.
Please help.
